    The entire feel of the room was transformed by the addition of the cases and their content.

    Changes before move in included new paint color, removal of a book case that divided the room, and the addition of crown molding.

    The sitting area focuses on the fireplace and the owner's artwork of a local island scene.

    We guided the selection of cabinet style, counter tops, lighting, and floor tiles that replicate a stone look.

    This couple downsized to a contemporary townhouse with an angled fireplace and a long hall that lead into the living area.

    By using a jute runner to match the area rug, and a pair of colored prints on the hallway wall, the eye is drawn right into the living space and the focal point of the room.

    The round, glass dining table was chosen in order to make the area feel lighter and airier.

    A narrow sideboard for storage, a new chandelier, and a large oil painting pulled the space together nicely.

    We placed the couch and sitting area at a 45 degree angle to the fireplace, making both fireplace and the opposite bookcases a focal point.

    The main room functioned as living room, playroom, and piano room.

    We created a welcoming sitting area, a separate piano nook, and reloacted the play area to an adjacent room. Two red leather chairs were eventually added to the sitting area.

    The wonderful details of the fireplace, floors, and alcove windows became apparent once the room was rearranged.
